Austria had 3 Lancer (aka Ulan) regiments in 1809 and all 3 were deployed in or near the Wagram theater.
Ulan #1 Merveldt, stationed half at Newmarket & half at Hellmonsadt was the regiment most remote to the battle of Wagram, and therefore not included in my OOB.
Ulan #2 Scharzenberg was the regiment most involved in the battle as it was the III Korps only cav regiment. In my OOB it has 4 Divisions each of 9 (as it was historically fairly depleted from earlier battles in the campaign).
Ulan #3 Erzerhog Karl regiment was part of V Korps, which historically was not involved in the main fighting at Wagram, that is until very late on the second day, when the rest of the Austrian army retired from the field, some of which mead persuaded by the French toward/past where V Korps was deployed).
My replay of Wagram includes the potential for the Austrians to activate and move V Korps up such that most of it can participate in the battle from as early as dawn of the second day. While less deleted historically than the #2 Ulans, this regiment had suffer attrition in the campaign, and in my OOB also has 4 divisions each of 9.
Picts of Ulan #2 alone, and (ahistorically, but for effect) with Ulan #3;
