Hat Austrian’s comparison

The base, backpack & cartridge box of Hat’s Austrian command are all significantly bigger/thicker than those of Hat’s Bavarians.  While this is not a deficiency of the Austrian set, it represents reductions that could be made in the marching and action sets to facilitate additional features.
