Napoleonic wargaming media

A couple videos on period war gaming I came across;

First, a Waterloo done with figures; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=55RdmZH80Z0

And one on Wagram done in a very different way without figures; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bGKrRaCmf7s&t=2639s

The Wagram game is interesting, but I believe a very flawed set up for the historic battle as the French here are in an ahistorical possession of information about their opponents location and intentions, and therefore in an absence of caution about potential flank attacks, proceed WAY to rapidly to the attack and therefore overwhelm the Austrians on the first day.  There seems in this no possibility for V Korps or the armee of inner-austria to participate, which allows the French to concentrate and operate on the flanks without concern, caution or repercussions.  And, like most Wagram war games, the Austrian forces seem under represented compared to their historic numbers.

Cheers
